How can I view the status of my order?
Go to My Account page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

When will my order ship?
Items are shipped 1-2 business days after your order is placed.  On occasions when we cannot, we will let you know.

Can I track my package?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you after we have shipped the package.

How do I cancel my order?
We can only cancel orders that have not been shipped yet.  Please send an email to info@dazzleconcepts.com within 12hours of your order to ensure that your order will be canceled in time.

I forgot my password to my account. Can you send it to me?
Go to the customer service page, and click on Lost Password.  Your password will be provided via email.

What are your shipping costs?
We offer FREE standard shipping for all orders.  Please see our shipping policy for more details.

How can I pay for my order?
Dazzle Concepts accept the following major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. We also accept ATM/debit cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo.  We do not accept cash, checks or CODs.

How can I change my credit card billing address?
Go to My Account page.  Click on your name to change the profile.

How do I use a coupon code?
After you are finished adding items to your shopping cart, click on CHECK OUT.  In Step 1 of the checkout process, you will be provided with a box in which to enter your coupon code.

Can I stack multiple coupons?
We can only accept one coupon per transaction. 

Why am I not receving my order/shipping email confirmations?
All emails are sent immediately after your order is processed. If you have trouble receiving our emails, your SPAM email filter may incorrectly categorize our messages as "unsolicited". Please check your email's junk/spam folder  

What if there’s a problem with my order? How do I return it?
Please see our return policy for full details.

This is a gift, is the recipient going to see the costs?
The product and the packing slip do not contain any price information.  The email confirmations, however, do reference pricing.  If you’re sending it as a gift, we suggest you not to use your recipient’s email address.

Do you charge sales tax?
Residents of California will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
